After an afternoon of canoeing, we headed into the park to climb the fire tower. We never visit without the climb. It is a nice park, we didn't see too much of it, but what we did is beautiful.

We, wife and 4 kids, took the Lyon Falls trail hike. Medium difficulty trail. Nice little waterfalls. The dam and lake at the end are pretty.

We really like this state park! Our favorite thing to do there is hike. Their hiking trails are very well maintained, and there are plenty of trail options. We like to hike from the Pleasant Hill Dam (really neat to see) to the covered bridge...More

We love this park for the miles of great hiking and biking trails. This trip we noticed some recent investment in maintenance which is great.

Mohican has several different accommodations. You can research all online. We have been to several park sites for camping so have not needed indoor pool. The website can help with all you need.
