Go Shooting gives you the opportunity to try clay target shooting with training and guidance from some of the world’s best shooting coaches, including Olympic gold medalist Russell Mark and Commonwealth gold medalist Lauryn Mark. We run shooting events in Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast for bucks and hens parties, birthday parties or for those who just want to have a go with their mates. We offer a wide range of options to suit your needs to make your day an unforgettable experience including transport and catering. Anyone can participate in clay target shooting no matter your age, gender or level ability. You’ll be surprised at what you can do and we guarantee you will hit a target! There are also some prizes and giveaways on offer at the conclusion of your event. We run clay target shooting events all around Australia with our main venues in Melbourne (Werribee and Lilydale), Brisbane and the Gold Coast (Woongoolba)

Skeet Coaching Clinic money well spent

I booked a spot in one of Lauryn's Skeet coaching clinics and had an excellent experience. I was lucky enough to be the only person to have booked that particular weekday and had a 2 hour solo Skeet lesson!
Lauryn guided me through gun fitment, gun mount, shot pattern, skeet shooting technique and tips for me to use when i return to the range on my practice days.
I would highly recommend Lauryn and Russel's coaching clinics to anyone who wants to improve their clay shooting skills, it was money well spent.

Shooting with the World Champ!

The boys and I travelled up from Melbourne for the weekend and wanted to do something different. Lauryn organised this for us a few weeks prior, and was an absolute gem to deal with. Lauryn called me (as I requested) to finalise the details and ensured we were kept in the loop to make the entire process easy.

Once we arrived at the venue we had Lateisha who took us out for a couple hours. Lateisha was not only professional and super helpful but made our experience extremely memorable. We were all first timers and her ability to manage us all simultaneously whilst enabling us to have a wonderful experience. I highly commend Lateisha on her attitude and the manner in which she handled our day.

First Time Shooter | Excellent Experience

Such a fantastic experience! I had never shot a gun before let alone handled a firearm, and I managed to hit a flying disk on my first shot! They are very welcoming and made my experience a great one to remember. The team definitely got me over my fear of using a firearm.

Fabulous introduction to shooting !

We took a group of 3 men for a day clay shooting in the Yarra valley.
Lauren Mark showed us the ropes, was charming, entertaining and very thorough .
Would highly recommend anyone trying this, can’t wait to go back again, such fun!

One of the best things to do. I am an experienced shooter but most on the day were not. Didn't matter. Russell and his team made it a special experience for all. Even those who had never held a gun let alone shoot one managed to hit a target.

Great fun

I attended this activity as a team building event that was held as part of our management summit. I wasn't looking forward to it as I didn't think I would like it. Turns out I had a great time and the staff are really friendly and great with people who have no idea of what they are doing. Managed to hit some clay targets too!

Great trap shooting intro

Took my family to experience trap shooting - well organised, relaxed, safe and excellent instruction for all the inexperienced shooters. Especially supportive of the female shooters, and having a female instructor was an additional bonus.
Quite inexpensive, great fun, and gave a great opportunity to "Have a Go!" at something otherwise quite inaccessible.

Such fun and felt so very safe.

Used an Adrenaline voucher and greeted with a smiling Lauren. Even though there was only 6 of us - Lauren was very positive regarding safety before, during and after shooting. There were a number that had no experience with firearms however the instruction made it very easy to compete. Went to various stations and exposed to clay shooting from all angles, including over our head and low to the ground. Every shot was viewed by Lauren as positive and constantly gave advice regarding why we hit the target or nearly / badly missed.
Unfortunately - after 2.5 hours we finished but the experience was so much fun, both in the shooting aspects or the humour from Lauren.
Even if you have no previous experience - you will throughly enjoy this day.
