Go Shooting gives you the opportunity to try clay target shooting with training and guidance from some of the world’s best shooting coaches, including Olympic gold medalist Russell Mark and Commonwealth gold medalist Lauryn Mark. We run shooting events in Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast for bucks and hens parties, birthday parties or for those who just want to have a go with their mates. We offer a wide range of options to suit your needs to make your day an unforgettable experience including transport and catering. Anyone can participate in clay target shooting no matter your age, gender or level ability. You’ll be surprised at what you can do and we guarantee you will hit a target! There are also some prizes and giveaways on offer at the conclusion of your event. We run clay target shooting events all around Australia with our main venues in Melbourne (Werribee and Lilydale), Brisbane and the Gold Coast (Woongoolba)

An easy 5 star review, great instructors and just the right number of shots for the experience.

This is one of the easiest 5 star reviews ever. Debbie and Mike were our instructors on the day and were really awesome. Great on safety without being overbearing, incredibly supportive, clear and obviously knowledgeable instruction with the odd smattering of dodgy (funny) jokes! The claim ‘everyone hits a target’ was at first met with ‘yeah right’ from the participants, but sure enough, everyone did. And it really is satisfying to see those clays shatter mid air. Just the right amount of shots given to participants and a pretty sweet little competition to end the day. My wife and I went to Caboolture for our experience and both of us loved it. Thank you Debbie and Mike.

Superb, fun day out.

What a great experience, Adam our instructor drummed in safety at the start and made it a really fun day for all.
There were many different trap setups to keep it interesting and a fun shoot out at the end.
Give it a try, you will have a ball.

Supportive and fun first day out on the range

A fantastic first time experience shooting on the range. Adam and Stu gave great technique advice to ensure I had a few successful shots. A professional session with a few laughs too. I will definitely be back again.

Epic day out with a group!

We organised this for a mates bucks activity at Belmont and weren’t disappointed. The instructors were amazing and gave great advice to get us hitting targets from the start. They then set up a competition that was heaps of fun and got the boys going. Highly recommend this for a group!

I had a coaching clinic with Lauryn Mark, I am a complete beginner in the Clay Target field, all I can say is that it was bloody awesome, we discussed the areas that I wanted to look at beforehand and Lauryn nailed it, Lauryn is patient and explains things in an easy-to-understand manner and makes the whole experience worthwhile, I would have no hesitation in recommending.

A great day on the range

This was a great experience. The session was professionally run, yet friendly and personable at all times. We were guided through the basics then taken through a "competition". Debbie was terrific in the way she paid attention to the needs of each group member, but continued to move things alone. I would highly recommend this experience.

Go Shooting (shotgun) Clay Shooting for Beginners was excellent. It was professionally organised with high standards of safety maintained throughout the session. Each participant is instructed, encouraged and supported individually, guaranteeing success. Having not handled a firearm prior, we left with both respect for the sport and a high degree of fun and personal satisfaction regarding our achievement. This activity is highly recommended.

Fabulous introduction to shooting !

We took a group of 3 men for a day clay shooting in the Yarra valley.
Lauren Mark showed us the ropes, was charming, entertaining and very thorough .
Would highly recommend anyone trying this, can’t wait to go back again, such fun!
