Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Attended today with a 5yr and 8yr old. The seats bottom flips up and down, which is annoying for the kids as they cant sit back on the chairs as they fold up on them.
The seats are to low that the children had to sit on us to actully see the movie.
Service getting tickets and pop corn was average.

As this is our local cinema we go here quite often. Plenty of free undercover parking as it is located within Pacific Werribee shopping centre.
Arrive at least 30 mins early on a Friday night or weekend session if you have not pre purchase your tickets. The staff are extremely slow and it will take at least 20 mins plus to be served during these peak Times. I highly recommend repurchasing your candy bar items online so you can skip the que here.
Facilities are always clean in the cinema and bathrooms.

Ok, so it is probably better to purchase tickets online these days, but then you always worry about getting those free combos or other offers, etc. We go to Werribee Village quite a lot and it doesn't seem to matter which day or night, the queue is terribly slow to process. Even on this night where they had 5 or 6 registers open, we waiting at least 15mins to get tickets. OK, they apparently just went live with a new system and the staff weren't full bottle on some of the rewards processes...but come on...15mins!! And then the only way we got through was by the manager giving us one of the combos because the system wasn't playing games and our movie was about to actually start. Only plus side to this was, I didn't have to sit through 20mins of ads and trailers...downside, the missus loves this stuff!!

Car parking and security needs to be adressed.Locked in car park at 1135pm after an 830pm screening.Centre security refused to unlock security chains until after 1215 in the morning and repeated calls even though they said they could see us on cameras. Guard who unlocked us stated it is locked at 1200 midnight. We were at our car at 1135. No apology. Will not be coming back despite living class by. Will go to Reading Cinema at Millers Junction instead. Very distressing.

A lot of kids with money had to wait to play on the arcade games while kids without money were using the equipment. Very disappointing.

Kye was extremely professional when greeting us. The drinks were lovely and menu suggestions spot on! Barbie was better than I thought too. 5 stars Kye!

Nicholas who served us last night (2/4/19 Werribee cinema) was very helpful I forgot my reward card and he was able to get to the internet and helped us, but making an effort which you don't get a lot now a days, I would like make sure that this kind of service should be mentioned to public so other venue should copy Thank you Nicholas!

If you plan on seeing a 6pm movie get there at 4pm.2 staff members on during a Sunday night at 6pm with 50 people in queue while 5 staff stand around doing nothing in gold class.

However the management is rude
We got tickets in advance yet had to line up for a bottle of water
I mean they could have advised us that once inside there is a water vending machine
