Spectacular - most amazing display of tulips...wow!!
Excellent place to visit near Wynyard in October. We arrived the day before the festival and were pleasantly surprised along with many others taking in the views of this sensational farm. There is a small fee to go in that is well worth paying. There is a gift shop with snacks, tea & coffee.

    Stunning!
So colourful and amazing to see thousand of tulips in bloom in the fields. Nice display on show in the large shed and cafe area. Coastal views and lighthouse in the background sets the scene perfectly.

    SEA OF COLOUR
A stunning display to wander through....who knew there were so many different varieties of tulips!! We visited on what should have been the final day, but the weather had allowed an 7 day extension to the viewing dates, so we were able to see the front field which had just passed its peak bloom and then walk further through the farm, to see a rear field in full flower - just spectacular sea of colour, especially with the stunning backdrop of the Table Cape Lighthouse. A bucket-list visit for me, but even non-flower lovers would see the beauty of this place!

Visited towards the end of the season in October and what a spectacular display of colour. Even though it was a wet day we were still able to enjoy a walk through the rows of tulips. Just magnificent and definitely worth a visit.

Whilst it is not exactly Keukenof Gardens, the display of flowering tulips here from Mid-September through mid-October is none the less impressive. Extensive vistas of a wide range of tulip varietals: colour everywhere. Just lovely to wander through.

There is an admission fee which is a little more than modest.

Visited the first weekend to farm was open for visitors. It was a spectacular display of colour and you could roam along the rows of plants. There is plenty of parking available and plants were available for sale in an indoor area where some light refreshments were also available. Best time to visit is October to about mid November. Entry fee is about $12.

Magnificent colour display, even on a cloudy day. Just spectacular. They also had different bulbs you could buy. Lovely display of cut flowers inside also.

We visited on 12th October and our timing was just about perfect. Most of the tulips were in full bloom with just a few varieties having past their flowering and a few more just coming into bloom.
The location and sight of all the colours was amazing and the slightly hilly growing area made for a different perspective than the flat fields of the Netherlands. The lighthouse and Bass Strait in the background make for great photo opportunities.
Well worth a visit but you would need to go soon.

We have been here twice, once last week and once last year. Last year the tulips were in flower and we had a lovely time roaming through the fields. This time only the office was open, but the lady there was very helpful in advising me in relation to plants I wished to order. Well worth a visit, and the tulips will soon be blooming!

For the last three years I have wanted to visit and finally got the chance to go.
Absolutely spectacular, incredibly busy, make sure you take good walking shoes.
We wanted to buy some potted tulips or fresh cut but understand that due to COVID they didn't know if they would even get a visitor season.
