My grand children loved it here. They could interact and all of there questions were answered by the friendly staff. There is lot for adults to look at and info to read about the place. It was a nice outing

Kids heaven
Oct. 2019 • Family
Great safe way to see some marine life, not huge but the kids loved getting up close and trying to photograph the animals. A favourite was the seahorses and giant crab. Good activity if it is a bit miserable outside.

It’s closed. Very disappointing to travel and find it closed. Business issues apparently. Should be reopened

Great little activity while in beautiful Stanley

Stanley feels like a holiday town from decades ago and this nice little aquarium is perfect. It's not the Sydney Aquarium but it's well done and worth calling in to see. It's mainly a way of the locals communicating their enthusiasm and love for the sea with visitors. Seems like anything interesting that the local fishers see finds its way into this place.

Not Worth it

I don't recommend this place - there is hardly anything there. In my opinion, they should be asking for a gold coin donation only.

Don't Miss It

This place is so informative .... and you can see so many sea creatures. It's a bit old and tired .... but the aquariums are sparkling and clean. The office staff are friendly and helpful.

Could of had more
Apr. 2018 • Family
During our visit to Stanley we thought we’d keep the kids occupied by visiting the Sequarium. We spent only around half hour here as the display is minimal and somewhat rundown.
You will get to see various live fish, some sharks and crayfish. For a entry fee of $6 per person we can’t complain.

Well priced
Feb. 2018 • Couples
My partner and I recently visited Stanley and we popped into the Seaquarium to see what it was like. At $6 per person, I think that this is a reasonable price. It is a very small place, but both myself and my partner found it to be very informative as we are both interested in sea life etc. We spent about 20 minutes.
