When we were there, they had the penguin dressed up in a Santa suit. It's nice when a landmark joins in on festivities. A nice little beach view to go with it.

Nice little park, all penguin themed, well looked after. A wonderful view over the Bass Strait. A really great cafe opposite as well.

A kitsch large fiberglass penguin on the foreshore. Grab a photo I guess but not good for much else.

The giant penguin is a good photo opportunity particularly for small children. What makes this great is the beautiful ocean views behind the Giant Pengiun. This is an extremely pretty part of the Tasmanian coastline that is well worth a visit.
