In the rustic surrounds of an original apple shed built in 1942, learn about the Huon's fascinating apple heritage told through the eyes of Willie Smith. A range of delicious ciders is available at cellar door and the café serves a simple menu of the finest regional products. A small providore will enable local producers an outlet in the Huon Valley where they can showcase their products and produce to visitors to the State.

Delightful venue. Apple ciders of all different styles and tastes. Building is rustic and interesting and offers a couple of different tours, distillery and the other interesting artefacts regarding apples. Our meal was delicious. I recommend the salmon and of course the apple pie.

Amazing options with all the ciders. The bonedry doesn't suit me; but I am sure it's for others. The cheese and dip platters were great and perfect to share. Will come back again
