Nice place to walk through and great views but staff managing it were unfair and dismissive to us. We arrived wanting to buy tickets for the Hang-glider and were advised the tickets were sold out which was understandable. However, upon walking away from the kiosk, we were able to overhear the next couple of customers requesting for tickets for the... More

A lovely way to spend the day. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Beautiful views, but be brave to walk on the cantilever deck and swinging - well worth the effort. Also had a lovely lunch at the café - great value and great food.

Long drive dodging cars racing home was infinitely more scary than the airwalk. The restaurant is incredibly value and filling but maybe not the most nutritious. Walks are enjoyable and refreshing with the bridges and viewing points great selfie locations.

Five out of five for the trees. Something wonderful about big trees hundreds of years old that makes us remember how unimportant we really are. This is an easy walk, with some stairs, and not too much in the way of signage and explanation which can sometimes ruin the experience. Just enough signage and a well built track that will... More

Just the drive down to Tahune Airwalk is worth going there for, driving through all the tree ferns winding your way through is an amazing sight. We first did the air walk itself, which was again stunning walking through the forests. We got up to the top of the air walk and it was amazing walking though the treetops overlooking... More

Get there for opening in order to beat the rush. We were lucky enough to complete the walks with few other tourists. Just wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful and facilities are clean. The Airwalk experience is well worth it. Walking through the canopy is wonderful.

I am deathly frightened of heights, so this was quite an achievement for me! It was definitely worth it though, such a stunning area. Beware the cantilever though, it can move quite a lot, so be prepared. The glass of local wine and the most delicious trout pate at the restaurant offered the perfect way to recover.

We came just right in time to join the 11am walking tour. This way we learnt more about the forest below, the surrounding areas and the construction of the walk. You're then free to roam about after the walk... recommended to do The place itself is quite remote down a mix of sealed and unsealed road into the logging forest.... More

To be able to walk along the huon river and see the famous Huon Pine is a pure delight. Added to this is the fabulous airwalk, where you get into the (not quite) tree tops ending in a fabulous cantilever with a view of the Huon meeting the Picton river is to die for. Then you can walk through the... More

While driving there we got a bit worried that it might not be worth it, but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. A. Ice cafe and friendly staff were a good introduction and the walk itself was lovely. The airwalk and the swinging bridges are fun and provide great views. Recommended for anyone who enjoys nature.
