Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful place and spectacular walks. The toilet facilities were good and clean, however the camping spaces were extremely squeezy and did not cater well for anything other than small tents in one area, and caravans in another. We have a simple camper trailer and the space was incredibly tight, and squeezed up against an RV. It would be good if they could cater better for different types of visitors and allow abit more space.
I doubt we would return to camp there even though the park itself is fantastic.

2 nights in a motorhome on a powered site with beach just behind us.
You have to check in at the information centre which was easy enough, the staff weren't overly friendly though.
Our site was a little private and close to amenities.
Bathrooms were okay nothing to rave about but satisfactory.
Would stay again.

Lovely campsite with the beach just a few meters away.
We had to check in at the visitors centre, very friendly staff.
Amenities where clean and nearby. Campsites are partially secluded.
Lovely sunset at the beach.
Value for money!

Stayed here for 2 nights at site 16, with power water and grey water disposal. No views from site 16. It’s on its own lot which is good. View is looking at site 12/13 and 14/15 which is shared site but they have views of the water. Site 18 is the best as it’s not shared and views across from it is of turning circle so you can see the water and don’t have a site blocking the view. All are Right next to amenities. Photos show camp ground map and sites. Short 50m walk to the water. Visitor centre has great maps and information if you don’t know the area. Go to lighthouse and sleepy bay both short walks. Longer walk do wineglass bay. We had our own shower so no sure on amenities. Toilets were fine

This was the first place we stayed on our 6 day adventure around the east coast of Tasmania and daily one of our favorites.

The powered site we rented was very affordable and provided a comfortable area with suitable access to amenities.

The only feature we found a little disappointing was the lack of a view from the site over the nearby beach.

Although the beach was within a very close walking distance.
