My husband is very interested in all things military and this didn't disappoint. This was well worth the visit to see all their displays.

The quality of the exhibits is first class. With the innovative audio system this establishment provides a unique perspective on all the subjects of different conflicts. The customer service provided by the attentive and enthusiastic staff / owners was outstanding. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

I didn’t actually have any expectations of this place but if I had have, they would have well and truly been exceeded!!!
This was an awesome experience. Am so glad history has been captured in this unique attraction. I was very moved by the display as a reflected on the sacrifices made by many for freedom.
So much to see and listen to and we walked away with numerous gifts.
Glad we stopped by. Do yourself a favour and drop in for an hour or so!

We visited The Marching Matilda Experience and found it to be so worth it. Affordable for families. The Guided tour was packed with so much history. Fantastic to see local history connections as well. Was not disappointed.

Our Volunteers are proud to have surprised you with what we had on display. We have committed ourselves to rival most military museums with the standard of audio tour and we look forward to what the future holds as we move forward.

This a fabulous small military museum that is an absolute must to visit. Russell the museum owner has put an amazing amount of time, effort and knowledge into a wonderful display of artefacts from all major wars and detailed, interesting audio commentary. My two daughter's aged 8 and 4 also thoroughly enjoyed it.
Please visit this wonderful musuem, you will not be disappointed.

The Wentworth military collection is a must do, very well set up specially for a very small country town. Isn’t expensive to get in either. And it is kid friendly.

Absolutely amazing. Took my to teens there, we were all blown away by the displays. Wentworth Military Collection we were going to give it a miss you know they all have the same stuff but really glad we didn’t easily in there for close to 2 hours!! This is a MUST SEE!!! Russell the lovely man at the front desk was amazing and willing to take the time and speak to my teens after we had finished the tour he was full a knowledge which was great. They have this cool set up which lets you hear all of the info via your own head set us you walk around the photos will explain. Even if your just driving through Wentworth take the time to stop and see it.

We have put everything into making the museum what it is today - we really do appreciate that you enjoyed your visit so much.
It was an absolute pleasure to spend the time sharing more information with your wonderful children. It is so important that our history is shared with our younger generation. Thank you for providing them with the opportunity to learn about the military history we have to share.

Wentworth Military Museum is a most unusual experience in that you do your own tour with a high tech audio experience. You can choose as much or as little as you want to see and hear about conflicts, heroes etc.
The audio explains everything to you rather than having to read writing on notice boards etc.
Cannot highly recommend it enough. Russell James was on duty and it is thanks to his passion that this exhibit exists.
For a very minimal cost you can see and learn so much.
Even have audios for the children to follow. EXCELLENT

The time effort and money put into this collection is very rewarding. I spent all my time at this stop listening to all of the display recordings. The most upto date audio equipment I've seen in my travels (internationally as well). So worthwhile to visit and allow plenty of time to enjoy it all.
