Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was a tad daunting to drive to but yes the dirt road for about 6kms & then a gorgeous greeting by goats as you drive to the shop! I was there for the cheese & I was not disappointed all superbly delicious & I had taken my esky & ice brick for my purchases. Also got some soaps & hand cream (a gift for Mum). Friendly service from passionate owners. My only disappointments was one cheese has sold out but that’s the joy of freshly made on the premises & a great excuse to return for more! Thank you

We very much enjoyed our drive out to Sunhill Dairy Goats! The Lady was lovely and so passionate about the cheeses they make and the skin products, all natural made with goats milk. The soft cheese rolled in ash was the best we tasted on our trip.
I bought some body lotion and it is super to use!

Saw twin goats only 2 days old and other goats were about to have babies. Nice and friendly family farm. Our family had a lovely time and felt welcome.

Visited without any real expectation whilst staying in Armidale. What a gem! Lovely welcome from the owners, a chance to try cheeses (could have bought many!) meet this year’s ‘kids’ and feed the big male goat, Mal and we even got to see the resident red belly black snake! Beautiful soaps and skin products as well. Our children, aged 11 and 9 thought it was one of our best visits on our 2 week road trip. A little hard to find - we have found signposting of places of interest in NSW pretty poor overall, but well worth the perseverance. A real treasure of a family run small business.

We visited here on our recent journey.
Where to start?
The dairy is only very small. The goats were friendly, cute and well cared for. The children got a chance to get hands on with them. The tour was interesting and informative from beginning to end. No questions went unanswered.....bar one tricky one from my daughter. The cheese was delicious and my dairy disliking son was impressed. I found it a very interesting and worthwhile place to visit. Would recommend. And highly recommend the divine cheeses available. A credit to the operators for the whole experience. Was very good. Great for children also.

The visit would only take an hour. The business is a credit to the family and they should be encouraged for thier enterprise and committment. Purchases from their shop would be of assistance

Part of the Destination Tamworth Farm Gate Trail. We enjoyed the country drive on gravel roads, beautiful countryside! Farm very lovely, host so friendly and knowledgeable. Cheeses were tasty, soaps and lotions great. Highly recommend you visit this farm! Their cheeses are also available at the Farmers Market in Bicentennial Park, Tamworth once a month.

Genuine people with a passion and talent for their industry makes Sunhill a great place to visit. Quality cheese and soaps made onsite with no "junk" products brought in from outside. Please visit and support Sunhill when you are next in Uralla.

A charming local farm to stop by for some fresh handmade cheese on a road trip. The skin products are amazing too. The goat milk hydrating day and night cream is addictive.
