Well worth visiting if one has any interest in railways. Wonderful collection of rolling stock and railway memorabilia. The interlocking Signal frame from Bolivia has been moved to Tenterfield and is on display.

Our kids loved visiting the Railway Museum. So much on display and they loved that they could get into the trains and have a real look at everything.

Fantastic place to visit where you can let your mind wander back to the years of our past. Here you can see how the trains turned in an area no bigger than your back yard.

The place is nice but is actually very small. It could be a nice idea to stop and visit for stretching legs while traveling and for the kids to have something to see and don't get bored, but not much more than that.

A lovely example of a country museum affordable entry fee. Took me back and allowed us to show the children the good old days when rail kept the country alive. A great job...
