Popped in to get a map of Windsor and got so much more! Had a great lunch at Kravings and on the way home today the 4th of Feb about 1:30 was so lucky to get a well versed and happy lady who knew exactly what we needed! Thank you!

I visit here at least twice a year when I have visitors from overseas. Ladies are very helpful and knowledgeable. Maps are available. Souvenirs as well.

clean rest rooms nice little cafe and Mary & the girls really know what to do and see and will tell you were to go !Kids playground next door many people stop to watch the RAAF planes take off and land just outside of RICHMOND township and on the main rd. lots to look at and mapps for every were including afar open 7 days stop in for a chat a quick snack.

Was there at dawn, signage was clear, toilet was clean, carpark was safe ..we left the car there..so its good enough for our purpose

The centre is conveniently located opposite the RAAF base. Plenty to look around at the shop. The ladies there were very welcoming and made suggestions on what to see/do and what is on that weekend.
Next to it is a lovely cafe with homemade pies and muffins.

Been there on a number of occasions and always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and so friendly even when listening to them give advice to others while you are waiting and they are so helpful no matter how silly the question they seem to have a good answer and advise on the surrounding areas is beyond a doubt very helpful staff and shown us so many other places that we didn’t know existed so strongly advise going there and thank you Lyn especially.

The Information Centre is located opposite RAAF Base Richmond. We needed brochures about tourist walks and restaurants and the ladies went out of their way to help us. They even let our dogs inside and gave them cold water to drink. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The Tourist Information Centre is a pleasant setting with good facilities but for people travelling out from Sydney one has already passed through Windsor, which is the main gateway to the other Macquarie Towns and the Hawkesbury District. It would make better sense to have the Tourist Information Centre at the main entrance to Windsor (such as at or near the Jolly Frog Hotel/) so that the majority of people have the information upon arrival rather than after departure :-)

Stopping and seeking some info about the surrounds turned into a pleasant chat with the very knowledgeable ladies behind the counter. They answered my touristy (and probably stupid questions) with a smile and pointed us in the right direction. A very tasty pie and coffee consumed had us on the road again thankful for the stop
