We were going to stay 1 night in Lithgow , but after Naomi Enthusiastically outlined with pen on her Map , The many sites and walks for us ,here in town , We ended up staying 3 nights ! Both girls were just lovely , friendly and helpful . Would recommend stopping here for all your information in the Blue mountains ! We are also loaded up with info for our next stop in Katoomba ! Thanks ladies

Vicki is amazing. Has very detailed information on 4WD tracks, maps are awesome, even metres to turn. She knows what tracks are open or not. Looking forward to seeing her next month

Both staff members were excellent in their knowledge and keen attitude to assist in my camping requirements. I visited this tourist office about three years ago and also received friendly and enthusiastic assistance. Having travelled Australia for the past two years, I can equivocally confirm, Vicki and Niomi both are outstanding examples of the what we as tourists look for in a tourist information centre.
