We visited the centre with our 1 year old girl. We were very impressed with the different areas available to separate age groups. For under 2 year old there was a dedicated room which was all padded and provided and safe space for the little ones to explore without big feet, however this was not monitored by staff and we found some bigger kids strolling in and trying to take over. The staff were friendly with prices for food and drink being rather reasonable. We would definitely return next time we are passing the area.

Been here a few times and like the place ,however went this week in the half term break. Absolute nightmare, where to begin Staff non plussed , took my 3 year old ,had to leave as not safe Not sure of the age limit but there were 12 / 13 year old boys running around as if on some kind of sugar rush. This is extremely dangerous and saw several cases of these boys aboslutetly flattening younger children (i n their defense in most cases they stopped to apologise) ,however as the parents can't be bothered to supervise their offspring who does ?. This place can put up as many disclaimer notice as they want but if it not safe then there is problems forthcoming. It is only a matter of time before some young child is seriously hurt. If I were the owner ( or insurer) I would be extremely concerned. The staff all appear to be very young and inexperienced and not very concerned about safety , possibly overworked ?. If you want your young children to experience danger then let them play on a main road or take them to this place in school holidays , the risk is about the same. To many children ,to few untrained staff, management a joke , a disaster waiting to happen. If you want to go take your young children then please take them out of school holidays when this place is ideal. Anyone under 4 then please stay away as it is extremely dangerous. Such a shame as this place could be a real little gem in Stone

This is not a new play barn for us, but I have never felt the need to leave a review before now. We visited this weekend, the second time in a few months, and so it’s the second time we have noticed a significant difference, unfortunately not a good difference. The main play area has always and will always be a big hit with the kids. They love running around, up and down the slides etc. The baby area however is poor. There’s not a lot in the soft play baby area, a ball area with no balls, dirty looking mirrors, soft mats on the floor which have big gaps leaving the concrete floor exposed. Not very exciting for little ones, and not very comforting for parents sitting in a dirty looking baby area. The food, didn’t eat at the weekend as the time before we were very disappointed. Expensive microwave food which comes out cold. And finally the staff... they couldn’t have looked more bored even if they tried. Very unfriendly, clearly non of them wanted to be there. We did order a hot chocolate which took 10 minutes for two of them to make, one came piled high with cream the other barely had any. Had to return HOT chocolate back as it was cold and lumpy. They offered to tip hot water in it! Obviously took the hint on my less than impressed face and remade it, what a struggle that was! It’s such a real shame this place has gone down hill so much. I would recommend management visiting with their own children to see for themselves. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

We have recently visited this place twice: once at the weekend and the other time during the week. At the weekend it was a total chaos (plus higher admission price). Older children, probably way too old to play in some of the areas were causing danger to the younger children. Staff did not care. We decided we will not go there again at the weekend. Second visit, this time during the week, better and quieter. Unfortunately we had a chance to notice other problems like dirty high chairs, dirty floor, dirty toilets. Since we came in about 30min after the opening it seems they were never cleaned from the day before. In the area for the 0-2 years old we noticed gaps between the mattresses on the floor which meant the child could twist their leg when fell into it. Also dirty napkin between the play blocks and a plastic wrapper with some sweets which are a choking danger. Does not seem that anybody actually bothered to clean here. The wooden sheds/labyrinth: do not leave your child unattended. Far too dangerous for 2-3 year olds. The place was also very cold. I understand that the children are running around and may not feel it but there are also babies here. I was freezing after spending there an hour and decided to leave. Next to the exit you can find vending machines with the previously mentioned plastic containers with sweets: small and round. Great choking hazard for young children running around.
