We almost cancelled our visit here as it quite late in the day and we didn't think we would have time. We are so glad that we continued with the trip as it was absolutely breath-taking. There were bluebells everywhere, giving outstanding hues of blue...More

We just visited Yoxall Lodge Bluebell Woods and spent a lovely couple of hours wandering round this beautiful countryside walk. The location was well signposted with easy access (one way in, another way out) and easy parking. It only cost £2.50 each to enjoy this...More

Such a shame this isnt open anymore. I hope the old owners go to live a good old age. Good luck to them providing such beautiful scenery.

Every year at around this time we go here to see the amazing show of bluebells and have a pleasant walk through the woods. It's not free but very reasonable and there is plenty of parking available. You have a choice of walks, and can...More

This is a beautiful wood, open in bluebell season only, which is occasionally opened by the owners, not every year. The views and car parking are wonderful, though on our last visit in 2014 the refreshment facilities had been significantly scaled back. It did not...More

Grandson enjoyed roughing through the woods and enjoyed collecting sticks. The bluebells were great but he wasn't too keen, would have preferred tiger hunts, little boys, eh. Tea room was enjoyable, friendly and good catering.

Wonderful day out! - a real shame it's not open this year. The walks are not very long but there is a cute little cafe and activities for children.
