I am a seasonal pass holder and have only managed to book one slot to the park with my Son. It seems that annual and seasonal pass holders are not being given any booking slots. The slots are being reserved for full paying customers only. Not happy as we have celebrated birthdays in the past at Alton Towers and now can't even us our passes which we have paid for.

My favourite part of the experience was going to oblivion as it is an amazing drop coaster and also the smiler looping coaster and my last favourite would probably be nemesis 1994 I can’t believe it’s still there!!!

Prior to visiting I downloaded the queue app (smart choice). The only downsides to the day were Rita and 13 being either closed or a 2 hour queue. Other queues were often shorter than displayed (Wicker Man - 50 minutes instead of 70). Staff deserve a mention for their high standards to follow Covid protocols and reinforce rules despite some stubborn visitors. Smiler and Wicker Man are great new rides whilst Oblivion still has a thrilling drop.

First of all I’d like to say how brilliant one man in particular was and that was Mick, Mick would greet us every morning and give us a cheeky smile! Mick made the trip and we will forever be thankful! But if your scared of spiders I would be careful of the hobbit houses as we found a giant biting spider in the bed, the metal bed drama was quite uncomfortable to sleep on but with a selection of towels and gym mats we managed to make it work, although it did feel like sleeping in prison but u know the kids loved it, the things we do for these kids! My husband Richard really enjoyed his trip as he works at M&S he bought along some Percy pigs for the trip, Richard and Mick really got along well! The bar in the main hotel was lovely and the bartenders were even better, Alfie was brilliant and so talented at his job. We even had a surprise guest join us for the evening a duck - the kids loved him and named him Donald, I even managed to get a quick cheeky photo of me by the big ship! The rides were invigorating and breathtaking and I went on all of them, we are such adrenaline junkies and absolutely obsessed with the rides Richard does have a minor heart condition so sadly had to sit out some of the rides and the over head bar did not always fit over his belly sadly in the politest possible he’s been eating too many Percy pigs. The police officers or men in blue as I like to call them! We’re absolutely brilliant and kept us all safe which I really thank them for and made my children Beretta and Amen chuckle so did Richard! But we did encounter one blue man who was not so happy, overall the stay was so brilliant and we made so many family memories and had an eye opening experience and Richard conquered many fears e.g sleeping on metal, catching spiders and facing fear ofheights, but Richard couldn’t fit in the bathtub so maybe u could expand that for next time and when we went to the water park me and Richard decided to go on the double dingy ride but sadly Richard popped the Dingy eventing in water park having to rescue us which Beretta and Amen got quite distressed over and one of them even started praying and u can guess by the name which one it was- they recited the Lord’s Prayer it did take several hours for them to get Richard out of the slide but we only missed our all inclusive buffet dinner but to be honest Richard had realised in that several hours that he should not be eating a buffet he should rather be joining weight watchers. Thank u Alton towers!

Brilliant Christmas Day out. Cannot fault at all. Staff were brilliant, all really pleasant and helpful. The elves and Santa were amazing. They have done a good job with all the covid regulations.
