Keep going back here every few years, it just keeps getting better, great day out, exhibits are marvellous, not just aeroplanes but tanks, cars, engines, you also learn so much, free entry, just car parking to pay which is not expensive, well done Cosford museum

It's a shame that more cockpits aren't open to the visitor given the number of staff wandering around that could supervise. Most people don't get the chance to sit in a flight deck or cockpit and that would be the highlight of their visit.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon. Cheap day out - free to get in but £3/4 parking for 3-24 hours, not bad for a whole afternoon out! Would recommend if you have kids for a cheap day out. Easy access for people using wheelchair.

Approximately 0.8 miles from the station, a relatively flat walk with a small ascent to the museum entrance.
