We were very surprised to find that most of this was shut on a Tuesday in school holidays. Whilst I appreciate that their school holidays hadn't started yet, I would expect a shopping village to have regular opening hours. We didn't bother to go back.

We went across to the Craft Centre following our disappointing visit to the djacent Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre. Lots of craft rooms with quality goods. Unfortunately some are surrounding the courtyard containing the cafe. Dogs not allowed obviously so one of us had to wait...More

We only make flying visits to this place now as one of us has to stay outside with our dog. We used to spend money in the cafe and shops but now just have to breeze through. I wonder how many more are like us,...More

We visited the craft village before going into Sherwood Forest new visitors centre.There are a good range of craft shops and a court yard cafe.my favourite shop was the one selling a range of wood carvings.you can easily spend an hour here.

It’s truly a lovely place to see the passion in the people when creating their work and are happy to chat with visitors. Nice light area to have a bite to eat too. Well worth a visit if you are in the area!

Great range of shops. Especially the medieval and crystal ones. Everyone very friendly and cafe did lovely food and drinks.

This really is a brilliant little place, free parking, though not many spaces (I think 25 approximately with a couple of disabled) so please don't use their carpark to go off into the forest or village. Great selection of shops from hand made pens to...More

Well if you go to the art and craft centre just come out of there and turn right about 5 mins walk into edwinstowe (just a little village) there's ganache -tea room they do the best cake ever(closed on Sunday tho) also... More
