We spotted this little craft centre while we were on a day trip to Sherwood forest it was a nice little bonus that we could spend a little more time around the area. Some lovely little craft units and if you want a bite to eat there is a cafe.

This is a small collection of interesting craft shops and a good cafe. The highlight was the Fabric Bug - this was a bright airy shop full of decorative items and personalised items for all ages. The owner is obviously very highly skilled. P.S There is a free small car park round the back of the craft centre for 2 hours - a significant saving from Sherwood Forest Visitor parking across the road

Lovely centre full of bespoke craft shops and cafe. Spent a good couple of hours just mooching about and coffee. Worth a visit

This is a great day out that you can make as cheap or expensive as you like. Great places to eat a picnic or cafes to eat in. Great for a cheeky ice cream or a treat in gift shop. The staff in the visitors centre were lovely and very helpful with plenty of knowledge. Plenty of little walks or long ones depending on stamina. The gift shops opposite car park are worth a visit especially if you like soaps. Car park charge not too high for all day. Would recommend but better on a dry day

We had two excellent visits to this centre over one weekend. Charming mews layout, with covered light and airy centre courtyard. Crafts range from vibrant wools, fabric and paintings to medieval-style leather and gifts, and even older rocks and fossils. The essential cafe did not disappoint. The centre has its own car park up the lane, so you do not need to park in the expensive (£4) forest car park across the road. Open 4 days a week in winters day 5 in summer.
