It’s about a 10 minute walk along the coastal path which leads you to some steps down to the beach. We are in our late 50’s and we found it quite easy . Hope that helps... plenty of rock pools for dogs to explore

Alnwick Garden tickets online, Boat trips from Seahouses again online search possibly Billy Shields, Bamburgh Castle, all the towns & villages are free. Check out Alnmouth, Holy Island, Craster, Dunstanburgh, Newton by the Sea, Longhoughton sands. Warkworth, Amble etc or head inland a bit. Northumberland is beautiful & varied however you want it & there’s some amazing cafes & restaurants if that’s your thing. Explore & enjoy.
