A small shop is supported with a series of boards explaining local history and a circular tank with types of sea creatures found locally. We stayed in the National Trust cottage 'Boatman's Loft' above the station, and could see that there is also an education...More

The town itself is beautiul. The coastguard station was a lovely little place to visit with my partner and two young kids. Lots of infomation and very helpful friendly staff

Small informative museum on the slipway of Robin Hoods Bay. Info on erosion and waves with some interaction. NT but no charge. Small gift shop attached

As a free attraction this is a must for young and old alike. There is a small National Trust shop and upstairs usually holds craft exhibitions

A brief tour of the exhibits, some of which were interactive and interesting for the children. Nice bit of history.
