Nice little square to watch time pass by, where the cross is situated. Although, the area around it, was little on the small side and after 5 minutes you had been round unless have a coffee.

This is a lovely Market square to sit and enjoy the sunshine and we had the added bonus of catching the Town Crier in all his finery and ringing his bell introducing colorful folk dancers - lovely afternoon

The town cryer was here and it was great to see him, also what a nice little market there is here. So nice stalls.

Nice place to sit, rest and people-watch after shopping or dining in central Knaresborough. Also a good meeting place.

Bit pointless having this a 'place' to review as it is just cross in a market place. The market place itself was very good and quaint but I can't rate stupid cross.

Very prominent in the middle of the market square. It is better to visit on a market day as we did as a Town Crier regularly appears and roars out his message. Plenty of bench seats nearby and lots of cafes etc in the area

We saw this on a day out at Knaresborough. It was a dull Friday - not market day - and so far from its best. The old chap with his bike was interesting
