In November, Filey beach can be stunning and when I visited in 2016 the condition of the beach was nothing short of pristine. I visited the beach as part of my research for my book "Filey - The Town In A Day" and can say, hand on heart, that this is one of the finest beaches I've ever had the... More

Strange thing to review , and for me it's a permanent fixture as my office has a view of it. But as beaches go it's the best I have ever seen . It just needs the weather of the Bahamas

A long expanse of broad soft sand running from Filey Brigg down to Reighton, maybe 4 miles each way if you care to walk it. Unspoilt by tourism it's a fine place to stroll or beachcomb and you'll be able to have plenty of your own space if you choose to spend the day here.

This has always been one of our favourite beaches - wide, sandy and clean. There are many ways to get down to it, perhaps the easiest is to park at the Country Park and walk down

One of the most clean and beautiful beaches in the UK (in my opinion). Always spotless no matter what the season. Well kept and always a welcomed visit

This stunning stretch of beach never fails to bring enjoyment - whatever the season. The eight mile walk from the corner seafront cafe to the magnificent rock pool set against the dramatic cliff backdrop is relished by horse riders, joggers, dog walkers and fishermen to name but a few. You will have to travel far in the world to savour... More

Like most beaches on this coast, when the tide is out, it's a lovely flat sandy beach. Dog control is in order in the Peak months. The Brigg is a nice walk out, though KNOW THE TIDE TIMES as people often get caught out and it's a lot longer walk than it looks! If relaxing on the rocks either side... More

Not a great deal to do after you've visited the beach, amusement arcade and brigg if I'm being totally honest. The Top House pub is worth a visit food ok and bar staff friendly and that's about all I can say about the place.

We went walking for hours along the beach with our Dalmatian, so much space and so clean. We love it

This beach stretches for miles but today was covered with seaweed which made walking difficult. Also could do with pebbles moving to allow easier access from the Coble Landing to the slipway up to the Country Park.
