We're a group of 8 adults with 8 children that have been touring the pubs of Whitstable for Sunday roast dinners for the past couple of years. This was our first trip to The Smack ... and it won't be our last! The service was...More
We had 2 gorgeous roast beef dinners and 1 roast pork dinner which were beautifully cooked. My partner said it was the best roast pork he'd eaten in a long time! The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The pub felt...More
Really nice cute little pub, the staff were really friendly, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Nice food for a good price. 9 of us had roast dinner and the service was great. Would definitely come again!

We visited the Inn on 18th August 2018 and the food was excellent. The steaks were perfectly cooked and very tasty. All courses were presented beautifully. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The decor was relaxing and definitely visit again...More

Friendly pub, with a decent selection of beers and wine, which really feels like it’s packed with locals.
Great open mic nights and a real fresh air find amongst all the bad value tourist traps in other areas of Whitstable.
A rare find, highly recommended
