An old friend took us here to sample the location, atmosphere and good real ale. We had the Harveys, which is apparently not widely available although brewed in Sussex. It has a very homely feel and I'd go again.

This is my favourite pub in Whitstable, It's a great place to come and socialise or spend a lazy Sunday. The location is right on Whitstable beach with breathtaking sunsets in summer. The food is pretty standard, good selection of drinks and snacks and is...More

Really nice spot to sit and have a drink in the beer garden right on the beach. Nice old-fashioned interior too.

Great location right on the beach, we fancied eating after a drink another day. Menu was disappointing, we left and ate at another much more appealing local pub....our experience was topped off by the bar staff failing to keep an eye on who was next...More

One of my favourite places with the delicious Whitstable Bay pale ale on draft and Harvey’s as a back up - perfect choice. Only pub I know where you can sit on tables actually on the pebbles to

Live music and a beach bar although can get very busy in the Summer months. I have heard that the food is great too.

Great little pub right on the beach, sit outside with a cold beer and watch the sun go down - stunning. Hope this little gem doesn't change

Hi Stuart ... not sure if they are I am afraid. What appears obvious is that it is a very popular place even with the locals, so I would imagine a) they will be and b) probably be pretty busy (especially the evening) Sorry... More

There is a door from the road behind the pub but I can't remember if it has a step. Not sure about dogs or wifi. The food we had was excellent.
