This is the old railway line from Whitstable to Canterbury. It seems steeper going to Canterbury than from Canterbury. It runs through woodland and farmland and undulating in places. Great for running if you want to run for over an hour. The road surface is...More

8 miles one way and hilly. Rented a bike from Canterbury Cycles on Stour St which worked well. Nice oysters at Harbour. The 3 mike ride to Chatham was also very enjoyable

Rented bikes from the hire shop in whitstable. They were great. Did the ride to Canterbury and back ... fantastic most is of road and a really nice ride .... do it

Very well signposted family friendly cycle route with the reward of beach, fish and chips and ice cream. Excellent way to spend the day.
