Lovely peaceful walk

Beautiful lake to walk around plenty of good even path space-suitable for a pram. Clean toilets-great play area-and snack bar.

Took the dog for a lovely walk around this lake, beautiful area to have a walk around, also has a kids play area and a little cafe, also had nice clean toilets. there was quite a lot of people there fishing that can get annoyed if your dogs run over to them but apart from that its a lovely area... A very well-maintained and accessible Park with lots to explore. Make sure you see the parts away from the lake which are even quieter and prettier this time of year.

Great for the whole family. Only downside is paying for parking. No other local parks do this😞Still worth a visit.

You can take a lovely walk, check out the water bird wild life and generally enjoy the quietness. Fishing wouldn't interest me, but there seem to be plenty of fishermen.

The park is connected with the Tonbridge central park via paths and bridges - just follow cycling route 12. Barden lake is one of the main points of the park. There are plenty of ducks, geese and swans in the lake. If you don't cycle, then another option might be going there by car. The parking is not free, but... More

We are very lucky to have this park on our doorstep. It also received on-going investment and it's great to see the developments there over time. It is kept clean and tidy. There are plenty of different routes to take, and there is a great café for a stop half way round- with lots of fresh and home made items.... More

One of my favourite areas of Tonbridge, the country park is just about 1.5 miles from the town centre and is accessible via a nice walk the park. The lake offers wonderful views and walks as well as a coffee and snack area for when you get peckish. The wildlife is wonderful: geese, ducks, swans, moorhens and many more.
