This is a special church. Go and see the roof and the little model ship. We were strangers in their midst, but the fine folks of St Mildred's, welcomed us with open arms and ensured we were able to stay and watch the wonderful visiting...More

A lovely small church with origins going back to the 12th century! There is a brochure for sale which provided all information and photos needed.

The inside is absolutely stunning. But the thing that made this church is the lovely lovely atmosphere. It is SO welcoming even with no-one there.

This church was actually founded by some of my ancestors, so I've stopped here both in 2011 and 2013! We attended an Evensong service that was both beautiful and moving. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly! If you are in the area, I would definitely...More

St Mildred's is everything you wish a country town church to be. Beautiful interior, great views from the Church Tower and a long history. Horatio Nelson's only daughter was married to a previous Rector. Calm and paceful and a place to think.

The Church is always open, 7 days a week. No idea of the post code apart from TN30 but it's hard to miss!
