Perfect, couldn't possibly have been better. An intimate and historic setting for our wedding. The staff including caretaker, reception and 'outside' agencies (Registrar, KCC liaison staff etc), were at all times professional, friendly and helpful. Thankyou for making our day so complete x Even as a routine visitor this place is well worth a visit, I'm a history buff so... More

An excellent museum which is a must before you walk round the town. Excellent guide on reception who explained the exhibits clearly. Free admission with donations requested. Dog friendly.

Went with husband and 3 kids (10, 8 and 4yrs) on a rainy afternoon. Only one room but took us 30min to look at everything, all 3 kids enjoyed what they saw as there was something for all. Well worth a visit.

It is great that your children also enjoyed the visit. We would love to have more space but the Grade 1 building restricts us. Thanks More
