We came here as I've visited the area since I was very young! I had never been to this museum before though! Loved every minute of it! Brought back some memories & learnt a lot about Margate's past! Very interesting & well worth a visit!!

Well worth a visit. The museum is in the old police station and is packed with interesting exhibits. A bonus is the enthusiastic volunteers on hand with fascinating Stories And information To Share. Can highly recommend.

Although a small museum it has a lot to offer including the history of Margate Senior citizens £1.50. You can engage with the staff who are very knowledgeable if you want. Would recommend
