Very interesting place to visit. Lovely pub and café nearby. Plenty of parking spaces. Down a windy road.

We spotted these towers initially from Herne Bay. Quite large imposing structures visible from a far. Worth visit too.

It was a glorious day to be sightseeing. Wonderful views. The ruins are in really good condition. Parking available. Not too busy. A lovely pub down the way for food and drinks.

An interesting place to visit as well as a nice walk along the Thames. The ruins of the towers are well looked after but I was dissapointed with the Roman fort as it is just a grasped area.

We hiked from King's Hall in Herne Bay, which was a great trip! Lovely views from here and a good photo opportunity!

The towers are very imposing and as we visit family in Herne Bay it was well worth taking a look at what was on the skyline The site is ruins of a church where a roman fort once stood, it's an interesting site and with a visit such to see the towers. Parking is nearby

A lovely place to visit, wonder around, sit in the sun, have a picnic. Not a huge amount to see, but is a nice spot of history, with a smashing playground, cheap parking and access to fabulous crabbing beach. Our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a very enthusiastic 10 year old) managed to pull out 100 good sized crabs... More
