Since my last review in 2016 the place has changed, gone the flags and new wallpaper along with a better layout, ale and cider on pumps and a cosy area.. Music now on weekends. The ale from the Brewery who owns it no surprise there....More

The Firkin Frog has a great vibe, with a good selection of gin. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really cozy snug with big leather sofa to lounge and try an assortment of ales.

Recently visited this place with my husband and baby. It has new owners who have made it very warm and welcoming as they are such a friendly couple. There was a massive variety of drinks which was great as neither of us are ale drinkers....More

A fabulous afternoon listening to a talented singer with a wonderful voice. Great ales, a packed bar and the most enjoyable company. Highly recommended.
