This little theatre was recommended to me - I went to see Haywire last night with a couple of friends - I really enjoyed it. It was a little too warm and someone was snoring behind me! A lovely evening with wine or tea or coffee during the interval.

this little theatre is so quaint. I think it holds approximately 80-100 people. The atmosphere is very private and family orientated with little sweets and ice creams on sale at very reasonable prices. The theatre is cozy and I love it! the stage is small and low creating a very intimate atmosphere during the performances. I recently went to the... More

We went tonight to this lovely little theatre to see The Lindley Players do The Adams Family. It was very good and a great evening out. The seats were quite comfy, nice size bar area, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend The Lindley Players at this theatre.

I have to say my expectations were not that high when a friend asked me to go and see Hay fever. Well, how wrong was I. The theatre is quaint and full of traditional character. The cast were very professional and on par with anything I have seen at the Marlowe. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening, and at a snip... More

Its name says it all Herne Bay Little Theater and it does not disappoint. The name omits one thing - Herne Bay Lovely Little Theater would be complete. A very good show that was a farce, well acted, thank you shall be back soon.

We visited the Herne Bay Little Theatre during a short break in Canterbury and were very impressed. The theatre itself is comfortable and intimate, the staff were friendly and the performance of The Diary of Anne Frank was really professional. This is amateur theatre at it's best!

The intimate atmosphere helps to give this a very cosy feeling. The plays are well acted and there is no detriment in seeing a play in a local amateur theatre rather than a big one. Enjoyable.
