A lovely pub full of charm and character. A welcoming fire to warm up on a cold winter's day. We ordered some soup, french onion soup, delicious but in rather a skimpy bowl, not even full to the brim! Maybe a child's portion? Very tasty,...More

stayed for a few more, and ended up as best friends with four or five locals that I'd never met before and might well never meet again. Lovely friendly atmosphere.

A favourite in Faversham when there are so many good pubs on offer. The great attraction is the different bars, especially the little snug and chatting to the locals and regulars. Great selection of drinks and beers, food and snacks always good and sound tempting...More

I came in here with a friend at the end of a long walk. It is a very atmospheric pub with a fascinating interior. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful and returned my wallet when I left it on the bar. Highly recommended.

Such an interesting old pub with many original features. Felt like stepping back in time sitting on bar stools in a small snug type area. Drink well presented. Loved all the old bear pictures and ornaments.

Staff and management are rude miserable and offensive. Completely intolerant of children and parents. The only reason I would come here again is if I was desperate, and I DO mean DESPERATE to use the facilities.
