Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was quite a small amusement centre but we thought it was well worth a visit. So much so we went twice. There are plenty of 2p machines, and our little boy had a fab time winning prizes and saving his tickets to get the bigger prizes and some sweeties. It's a great little place to while away an hour, and the pier is almost directly opposite to take a walk and enjoy a coffee at the cafe on the end of the pier.

I am in a wheelchair and wanted to visit the arcade yet this place has 2 entrances and both have huge steps. When you ask the staff they just look at you blankly. Sorry we can't help you. Well you can. Invest in a moveable ramp that can be used when a wheelchair user needs it. If NatWest in Deal can get a portable ramp then what's stopping any other places in Deal. Just like this place.

Absolutely love this little arcade. Visit every year now and we adore the staff. They are so lovely and welcoming, my 3 boys hate saying goodbye at the end of our trips and so do I.
Highly recommend stopping by as lots of fun for the kids and parents. Can’t wait to plan our next trip ♥️

Amazing for the kids and the friendly guy that works there (with the lovely beard) really made our day!
Nothing was too much trouble when our pennies got stuck.
Loads of different games and machines. A variety of plastic to win! Kids loved it!

Good little arcade for little ones. We often visit when staying with family in Deal. Lots games are 50p are under with the majority of the games being 2p. Mum struck lucky and won 1000 tickets on a 2p machine which delighted the grandchildren! Good to while away an hour. Only reason I gave it 4/5 is because the ticket price prizes have changed / reduced in variety.

My 6 year old son loves it in here, just a bit of fun and I’m amazed at some of the critical reviews!
Staff friendly and this place is in no way trying to trick or “prey” on anyone, just old fashioned and lighthearted fun for younger kids

Dirty and run down this place is dreadful. They have the "money" rolled up so tight that you don't realise that it isn't a tenner but instead some tacky "collectable".

Then when you complain they refer to a tiny printed sign saying that prices have no value.

They prey on children knowing damn well that the parents won't kick up too much. I did and my kid is still moaning at me for it - when it was the owners that are the people preying on kids.

Anyway, do yourself a favour and buy the kids an ice cream somewhere instead.

the staff are friendly and the prizes are good, my kids spend hours playing the 2p machines and they also have the option of collecting tickets. it is rare to find an arcade that has time for the children instead of just worrying about profits
