great building to have a museum right on the promenade with a clear view of the sea. The museum itself is worth a visit and its only a few minutes (less than 5) from the castle.

At only 3.00 entry this is a gem of a museum. The history of the place and uniqueness set it aside. It is a great activity to spend an hour or so.

Fascinating landmark building by Deal's beach. The ball tower was there to allow ships to synchronise their on board clocks and hence navigate safely around the world.
