Very good pool, but not a lot else really. A vitality pool you'll probably never find, one small steam room by the pool. Saunas are separate in the changing rooms. Very expensive and slow lunch area. All the treatments are ridiculously costly, my wife had one which she says was great. She normally has 3 or 4 when we are... More

I recently went for a day spa package with the diamond decadence treatment, which was very relaxing and left my skin feeling amazing, I particularly loved the facial, the face mask was wonderful. We had the set menu lunch which was very nice, the wine was very reasonable for a Spa. we will definitely visit again soon.

A lot of space is dedicated to women only & had I been with my girl friends I would of been able to take advantage of these spaces but as I was with my husband this wasn't an option. My therapist was very attentive and ok but not the best that I've had, even though this is probably one of... More

My husband booked me an overnight spa break at The Grove which included some treatments and full use of the spa facilities at Sequoia. It is truly amazing. The gym is small but well equipped and wasn't busy at all on the 2 mornings I went. The lady's changing area for the spa is immaculate and lots of extras like... More

The treatment was excellent but the staff at Reception sadly lacked basic good manners and do not make you feel welcome. Waited over half an hour in cold reception area without offer of a hot drink. When the treatment was complete had to ask to use a facility to wash face (greasy after use of oils etc) and was shown... More

Unusual almost black pool, not sure I liked that but can see that it is supposed to be a relaxing environment. Insufficient space based on size of hotel and number of users (probably non residential). No loo rolls in toilet on a busy Saturday afternoon and still none on Sunday morning (!) Lovely toiletries available for use with showers, also... More

Obviously not a place to go later in the day. The relaxation room looked anything but relaxing with old towels discarded on every bed, no water available just used glasses. When a member of staff came in to clear up after being prompted, the old towels were picked up folded and put on the bed - whilst I'm all for... More

Fabulous from start to finish. Without doubt the best spa I have ever been to. Staff are welcoming, relaxed, and the best treatments ever. Look out for spa day deals that include treatments and lunch. Approx £200. Worth every penny.

I was asked to come early and I was taken to the room nearly 10 minutes late (so I waited over 20 minutes). Considering the amount of money I paid the therapist was average and I had to ask her to 'tidy' things up.
