Came here late April 2017 as a group of 9, 2 teenagers included. It is a very good price for 5 different courses in the trees. The instructors were very nice and made you feel relaxed and safe. There were 2 safety demonstrations, which definitely calmed a few of the nervous people in our group. Overall it was really fun,... More

I booked online the day before, when we arrived early they offered to push our time forward without cost. The staff are very warm and welcoming, they gave great instruction which is clear and easy for children to understand. Very approachable and helpful.

My 9 year old daughter went with her two friends. This was a new experience for my daughter and she was nervous but wanted to do Go Ape. We had a 10% discount which helped towards the cost as it is a little pricey at £18. The instructors were great, they were patient and reassuring. There are two routes, one... More

Finally tried go ape at our local moors valley. Its £18 a person and I had to go on with my daughter as she was too lottle to go on on her own. She loved every minute of it (and even though i was pathetic and frightened at first).....it was such a great experience. Safety measures were well explained and... More

After a very successful visit nearly a year ago the children, some different ones want ed to revisit and wow it is amazing for them to experience. The staff are very well trained and so good with nervous children who initially could not do the final zip line. After coaxing she made the jump and from then we could not... More

If you can go at quieter times out of holidays or early in the day) it is ideal as when it's busy you can get stuck behind slow/nervous people which really reduces the amount of times you can get round the course. It's still great though. The staff are helpful and friendly. My kids go on the junior one on... More

very helpful young staff with a nice manner and polite; good with both young children dn teens. it was very busy so the major teen complaint was that parts of the course got a little congested when young ones in particular were slow to move. however they were allowed an extra ten minutes because of this

My son & I celebrated his 9th birthday on the Junior Treetop Go Ape course yesterday and we both had a fabulous time! We had prebooked online the day before (do this and save yourself a £3 booking fee!) and once we had arrived, everything ran like clockwork. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, reassuring, patient and attentive.... More
