Lovely day out for all the family at a very reasonable price. Great play area. Cafe and gift shop. Lovely picnic area half way round. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Probably one of the best ten and a quarter gauge miniature railways in the UK for the variety of locomotives alone, especially the collection of superb historic Bullock locomotives from the 1930's.

came here one Saturday just for a look and ended up staying over 3 hours and riding on the little trains, such a great little place I will return in the summer and good value ticket prices too

Yes it does open on bank holidays. They usually have special events on for the kids as well.
