Pub is generally grubby. Food is poorly prepared and presented. Not welcoming unless you are one of the locals.

The Eagle is my local and I wouldn't swap it for anything! The landlord always has a selection of guest real ales, as well as the pub standards. (there is also lager, cider and wine etc, but I'm never tempted away from the real ale)...More

Nice to go into a country pub and have a decent glass of vino instead of the cheap rubbish other pubs serve always cheers the girlfriend up. The beer was kept very too. Will return.
