A great place to swim in open water, as there are lifeguards on kayaks and canoes. There are also changing rooms, lockers and showers. Remember to register online before you go.

Great opportinites to try sailing and watet ski ing at salford quays. Water ski ing without a boat on a zip rope - including progressive jumps!! Not cheap but great fun !

Took my son hear for a school friends birthday celebration, my son is 8 and he loved it. Wet suits provided, instructors good with the kids. Excellent workout for the kids, thoroughly recommend this.
