A wonderful place to stroll in the Spring. You might be lucky and see pied flycatcher or redstart. We call in once a year on the way home from Cornwall - but this year Oh dear where have the picnic tables gone !!

We have recently spent the weekend in the Forest of Dean and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Nagshead Nature Reserve is peaceful, unspoilt and beautiful. Brilliant for a couple of hours or longer if you take a picnic.

Great way to enjoy the Forest of Dean - so much natural habitat for wild life to enjoy. Well marked and maintained paths, quiz to keep children interested.
