Great place for a stroll walk the dog. Join park run on a saturday morning. Free Watch the sun set sun rise from the sea wall. Or the kite surfers further along the beach. Peaceful lovely place that occasionally has random stuff going on.

An enjoyable walk but lots of dogs and not a very large area. The signs about the history of the site were interesting

We were down at Shoeburryness to see the "Wave" Poppys, which was very good. Gunners Park was in the area, so we had a look around. Lovely area. Lots of Wildlife.
