Lovely, modern theatre with comfortable seating, and even the balcony didn't feel a million miles from the stage. Managed to get parked at the venue, which was a bonus, as not much parking. Pre-ordered interval drinks (too expensive - aren't they always?), which were supposed...More

The show we went to see was excellent. The Cliffs is looking tired and careworn and decidedly in need of renovation. The facilities are dated and it's disabled access limited. The seats are just horrendously uncomfortable unless you bring your own cushions and the staff...More

Hard to park up close so will need to walk for a few minutes or so. A bottle of wine at £21 seems too high especially when you have to drink it out of a flimsy plastic half pint beer glass - at that price...More

Seats very narrow, could do with an update. Have arm rests which need to pull down. Plenty of leg room. If sit in rear stalls have a clear view as rows are on gradients. Have excellent programme of shows to suit all tastes.

Me and my partner came to watch Benidorm live, would highly recommend watching, very funny throughout and excellent cast. Reasonable prices on some merchandise which you would expect in a theatre, Parking outside is very limited but down the road past the shops is a...More

Nice place but seats need to be upgraded, considering the price of a ticket if you are sitting on the lower floor stalls and have a tall person Infront of you, you can't see. I paid £80 for two tickets to see Benidorm, brilliant show,...More

Had the “Christmas buffet” before the panto which was just a very poorly cooked roast dinner. Plates were stone cold, Turkey was dry, all vegetables undercooked and virtually raw, bought-in Yorkshire’s and disgusting “roast” potatoes. Not even allowed to help yourself to gravy or sauces...More

Hi there, Depending on the finishing time of the show, the bar will normally be open for approximately 30 minutes post-show. The bar normally shuts no later than 11pm
