The gardens were restored in 2015 to recapture their 1920's splendour. A relaxing place to sit and admire the view across towards the Naze.

Our gardens are looking much better now - ok it’s really hot, but a real effort has been made. Great to see that the ponds were cleaned out and flowers planted again. Plenty of places to eat from traditional fish and chips through to sandwiches...More

Fab gardens to sit and enjoy our fish and chips in. Plants are always colourful and grass is always cut to a decent length. Rubbish is always minimal with plenty of bins nearby.

Very surprised at Felixstowe sea front not what I was expecting, plenty of eating places and refreshments, it’s clean and tidy a nice stroll along the promenade with plenty of seating along the way. Well kept gardens right on the sea front

After years of neglect the gardens do look a lot better thanks to the lottery fund but using wood again for handrails will mean a maintenance cost as the varnish is now peeling off.

Yes, a large car park in town, just behind the gardens. I think this car park is about £1.20 for up to 4 hours. Also, lots of parking along the seafront. Some areas you do have to pay however mostly not. There are car parks... More
