We enjoyed looking at the boats and artifacts; talking to the knowledgeable volunteer staff and finally the information about the wind farm at sea.

This museum tells the story of the people of Sheringham and their lives which is greatly connected with the sea. Most of the exhibition focuses on the fishing industry and boats.

The museum contains the history of the town's lifeboats, the sea and the town itself. Well laid out exhibits in bit of a higgiledy piggeldy building. Enthusiastic staff. Value for money

We know Sheringham very well but this was our first time at the museum. The displays are really well thought out and even managed to engage the interest of our daughter and her friend who are at the “everything is boring” age! There is a...More
