Fascinating insight to Soviet approach to life, work and play at 79N. Travelled on Polar Girl boat. Good service. Good meal. Saw Polar Bears. Long but good day. Guides on boat and land were good.

It is worth every penny to visit Pyramiden city in Svalbard. Very few locals live there but the city and the local experience is unbeleivalble and it is just beautiful.

If you can, visit the deserted Russian mining town Pyramiden. It's a very unique place with a wonderful history.
