The place is awesome. Climb 350 stairs after seeing the temple and you will have good view around. During rain conditions it looks more beautiful since you move in clouds. Parking for the cars is there.

Rafts on Cauvery was unexpected. Beautiful experience. Life jackets and rafts are provided with a guide. Since the rafting area is adjacent t the Dubare elephant camp, you can see the elephants come in for a drink or a bath at the river..
