Very regular south Indian temple. Unsure why it was listed as a must-see destination in Madikeri - it isn't. The only things worth visiting the temple for is the golden domes, the pond in front of it and the ducks who live in the pond....More

A good temple with a normal view. There are not so many places or points in Coorg to visit. This is one of them. Its Ok Ok

Ancient shiva Temple with high reverence among locals. Has car parking. and located in the heart of Madikeri town. A must visit place in coorg. Can be visited round the year.

We had been here in May and was a great temple. There is also a Hanuman temple on the other side and was a pretty peaceful place.
